DEGREES
The Department of Geography and Environmental Science (DGES) offer a wide range of courses at both undergraduate and post graduate levels. Students are registered in both the Faculties of Arts and Science . The Department's postgraduate course on Environmental Policy and Planning (MEPP) offers an integrated and multidisciplinary approach aimed at enhancing students' understanding of complex environmental issues. The Department also accepts suitably qualified students for supervised research degrees leading to the MPhil and DPhil degrees in Geography.

Masters in Environmental Policy and Planning (MEPP) . The present global and local concern about environmental issues has resulted in an increasing need for environmental expertise. The postgraduate course on Environmental Policy and Planning is a response to this need. It offers an integrated and multidisciplinary approach aimed at enhancing students' understanding of complex environmental issues. This is done through linking the biophysical aspects of the environment with social and economic issues including gender.
