General Overview of the Department
Welcome to the department of business studies. The department offers four honours undergraduate degree programmes namely the Bachelor of Business Studies and Computing Science; Bachelor of Business Studies (Finance And Banking); Bachelor of Business Studies (Management) and Bachelor of Business Studies (Marketing). These degrees, except for the Bachelor of Business Studies and Computing Science, are also offered on a part-time basis. The department also offers the Masters in Strategic Marketing on a part-time basis. Part-time programmes are offered over weekends.

The vision of the Department of Business Studies is to be (and be recognised by others) as a leader in business education in Zimbabwe.

Our mission is to enable our customers to make meaningful contributions to sustainable development in Zimbabwe. To this end we provide high quality education, training and consultancy services on a needs-driven basis. We guarantee the above by maintaining excellence in teaching, learning, research, and service to the community.
