Research Interests: Sustainable Socio-Economic Development. Provision of rural and urban water services in climate change affected arid and semi-arid regions of the developing world (Global South). Rural and Urban Development (General). Provision of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) in the developing world.  Water and Food Security in dry area (Water and Irrigation Agriculture).  Water, Agricultural and Agrarian policy.  Water, innovation, environment and clean technology services using community outreach approaches/Water, energy and sustainable clean technologies. Rural and Urban Livelihoods.  Natural Resource Development (Water, land, minerals, forestry).  Migration History/Studies.  Development Policy.  Pandemic histories e.g. cholera, typhoid, COVID-19.  Tourism development.
