In order to publish with ZJER one must be a member of subscribers to the ZJER. Non-members pay a processing fee which is non-refundable for each paper submitted for possible publication.
The publication process is managed by a team of qualified journal staff and is supported by an editorial advisory board and other academics around the country and abroad who assist with the peer reviewing of manuscripts.
ZJER is published by the Human Resources Research Centre in the Faculty of Education at the University of Zimbabwe.
