Biography

Has over 15 years university teaching experience in the areas of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, International Economics, Public Finance and Agricultural Production Economics. Has experiences in the areas of Government Inter-Fiscal Relations and Decentralisation, SMEs, Poverty and National Budget Analysis for the services sector. Currently studying towards a PhD with the University of Witwatersrand.
