The Department is situated in the Faculty of Social Studies. It continues to offer training in Political Science, International Relations and Public Sector Management. It prepares candidates for positions in fields that include academic teaching and research, diplomatic and international service and professional public service. It currently offers three course work programmes, one at undergraduate and the other two at postgraduate levels.
