Bachelor Of Education (Science And Mathematics ) Popular

This is an undergraduate degree programme in Biology, Chemistry, Geography, Mathematics and Physics Education. Each student is required to take three core courses which are compulsory for all Bachelor of Education degree programmes offered in the faculty, one elective course and twelve courses in the specialist subject itself.

Entry Requirements
To be admitted to a Bachelor of Education Degree Programme a candidate must: a). Normally have one ‘A’ Level pass or an approved equivalent in the proposed area of specialization. b). Have five ‘O’ Level passes including English Language, a national indigenous language or approved equivalent. c). Have a teaching certificate or diploma in a relevant area of study. d). Have attained a satisfactory standard on an entrance test which the University may deem necessary.
