1. Hold a relevant first degree of this University or another University, or institution approved by this university; 2. Hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Education or its approved equivalent, obtained at this University or another institution acceptable to this University; and 3. Have had at least two years’ teaching experience in an educational institution recognised by this University.

There are two ways of applying to the University of Zimbabwe for an undergraduate degree: Paper-based forms:These forms are available from the Admissions Office, you can come and collect them for an application fee of US$20 for local students and US$30 for foreigners. Via Electronic forms The form below is for use by prospective students who wish to apply to the University of Zimbabwe to study undergraduate degrees. Please download the form and print it. Read through the form and once you have gone through it please complete the form, and then post it to us. PLEASE NOTE: You should not submit the form electronically. You are required to print it out and post it to the University with any other supporting documents (e.g certified copy of I.d particulars). An Application Fee of (US$30 for foreign students) , should also be enclosed as cash or bank cheques. Also NOTE THAT late application fees are US$30.
