Mental Health Unit is involved in training cadres in behavioural sciences. Our faculty consists of specialists Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Nurses.
The Mental Health Unit provides psychiatry training to students from all medical disciplines at undergraduate level.
We offer the postgraduate degrees in Diploma in Mental Health, Masters in Medicine Psychiatry and MSc Neuropsychology. We lead research in mental health in the country and have collaborations with universities in other countries.
