Missing Scheduled Examinations
- The Departmental Board of Examiners shall consider the tendered circumstances and appropriately recommend, through the Faculty Board of Examiners an appropriate decision for consideration by the Academic Committee.
- However, should a student miss examination due to unforeseen circumstances beyond one’s control, they would be required to inform the Departmental Chairperson giving adequate detail and supporting documentation.
- Students are not expected to miss scheduled examinations without compelling reasons.
- The student would be advised of the decision through published results or formal correspondence through the Deputy Registrar, Academic.
