Academic Transcript

Every graduand is entitled to a copy of a transcript on the graduation day. Failure to collect your transcript within a year of graduation you will be required to pay for the transcript at a cost of US$20.00.

How do I Apply?

For current or former students, official academic transcripts are obtained from the Student Records Office.

Download form. Fill in an application form, pay transcript fee, and submit both receipt and application form to Students Records and Registration Office for processing .

Students may apply for original transcripts at a fee of US$20.00.
