Work Experience

Ms T.T Gwavava is currently working as a lecturer in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department, University of Zimbabwe. She teaches Energy and Power courses at undergraduate and MSc levels and is also a Renewable Energy Consultant. She has previous experience working in the industry for over 7 years as a Quality Assurance, production, Research and Development and Renewable Energy expert. Gwavava as a renewable energy enthusiast and has over 5 years’ experience working in the energy sector. She has worked with developers and investors where she undertook various policy analysis tasks, including research and policy strategy development.

She is familiar with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. She has notable experience as a gender activist who has worked with organizations such as Musasa project advocating for women’s rights and issues to do with gender and economic inclusivity.

Work Experience

Mr T Njenda is currently with University of Zimbabwe as a lecturer in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department. He teaches Advanced Electrical and Digital Electronics and Electrical powers courses. He has worked as an Electrical Engineer at Zimbabwe Power Company (ZPC).
