Development expert with vast experience on Programme and Project Design. Keen interest in facilitating development interventions plus design of Monitoring & Evaluation Frameworks for effective implementation. Expertise in program design, undertaking baseline research surveys and executing programme/project evaluations. Sound grounding in fund raising & grant management.

Research Interests

Results based management (RBM), Municipal corporate governance, Spatiality of development and Monitoring & Evaluation.
