Ms Jacqualine T. Chivasa

Qualifications: MPhil Social Studies (2012) University of Zimbabwe, BSc Honours in Psychology (2004) University of Zimbabwe

Bio: Jacqualine Chivasa is the coordinator of  BSc Honours in Developmental Psychology.  She is also the faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences coordinator for Languages and Acquisition of Intercultural Communication.  Jacqualine is a member of the Zimbabwe Psychological Association.  She is an interdisciplinary qualitative researcher, with an interest in translating research into practice.  She is passionate about developing interventions to assist different child populations. 

Research interests: Orphans and vulnerable children particularly child sexual abuse survivors and children of incarcerated parents, gerontology, resilience and virtual learning environments.
