Qualifications: DPhil Student (Demography Settlement and Development): (University of Zimbabwe), Msc Rural and Urban Planning (UZ), M.A Development Studies (MSU), Bsc Rural and Urban Planning (UZ), Ex Certificate in Program monitoring and Evaluation (UZ), Cert in Research methods (UZ).

Bio: Nesbert is multi-skilled development and planning practitioner, he has sound knowledge in spatial planning. He is well versed in development planning, regional planning, governance issues housing issues, infrastructure planning, planning and development, property management, research knowledge and skills in data analysis using softwares and is well exposed to different research tools and methods. Additionally, Nesbert has knowledge in development and humanitarian issues with over 5 years working experience. He is well-versed in development and humanitarian issues in both rural and urban context.

Research Interests: His areas of interest include the following, development planning, environmental management and climate change, Spatial Planning.

Qualifications: PhD candidate in Demography, Msc in Population Studies, Bsc Hons in Sociology (UZ)

Bio: JayJay Karumazondo is an early career researcher, having been involved in several health research projects with the Biomedical Research and Training Institute, Family AIDS Caring Trust, World Vision, UNFPA and OPHID. He is currently working as a junior lecturer in the Department of Demography Settlement and Development teaching Demographic techniques, Statistics and Reproductive Health modules
