Qualifications: Msc in Population Studies, Bsc Hons in Psychology, Bsc Hons Monitoring and Evaluation

Bio: James Munamati is an experienced researcher in public health issues, project management and monitoring and evaluation. James has worked and consulted for several organisations which include CBM, BRTI, UNICEF,ZNFPC and Family Impact. He is currently working as a lecturer in the department of Demography, Settlement and Development teaching Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods, Reproductive Health and Migration.

Research Interests: Reproductive Health, Monitoring and Evaluation, Disability inclusion, Non-communicable Diseases, Communicable Diseases and Migration

Qualifications: Msc in Urban design, Msc in Real Estate Management, Bsc Hons Property Development and Estate Management, Higher National Diploma in Construction Engineering, Diploma in tertiary education, Diploma in Urban and regional Planning

Bio: Mr. Elliot Madakadze is an experienced lecturer who has long been interested in urban design, infrastructure development and smart settlements. He has taught in the Civil Engineering Division at Harare Polytechnic for more than 13 years and at the University of Zimbabwe. Elliot has worked and consulted for Tikaku Environmental Engineers, majoring in environmental and social impact assessments. He is currently working as a junior lecturer in the department of Demography, Settlement and Development.

Research Interests: Urban informality, energy, property management, infrastructure development, applications of GIS in Spatial Planning and Real Estate.
