DrTawanda Zinyama received his Ph.D. from the University of Zimbabwe and is the current Chairman and Senior Lecturer of Public Administration and Policy in the Department of Governance and Public Management at the University of Zimbabwe. His research interests include public administration and democratic governance, devolution and decentralisation, local government management, public sector management reforms, programme evaluation, public finance management, public procurement, corruption, institutional building, public policy.
