Work Experience
Mr Gotora is currently with University of Zimbabwe as a lecturer in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department. He teaches Electrical Machines and Energy Conversions, Power Electronics as well as Innovation and Research Skills.Supervising research projects for Level 3 students.Coordinating the Level 3 research projects, ensuring their successful execution.He has delivered lecture courses in Electrical Machines and Energy Conversions, contributing to the academic development of students in the field of electrical engineering as a Part-Time Lecturer at Zimbabwe National Defence University (March 2024 - December 2024). Before he joined the University of Zimbabwe he worked as Electrical Artisan at DC Investments (April - July 2023), Machine Operator at Celeste Tissue Products (September 2022). He has several Cisco certifications, Cyber Security, AI research certifications. He speaks several languages including French, German, Spanish and Russian. He is also an active member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers, International Association of Electrical, Electronic and Energy Engineering and International Association of Engineers.
