Benjamin Hanyani-Mlambo is currently a Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Agricultural Economics & Extension at the University of Zimbabwe, an External Examiner for Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE), and the universities representative in a 9-member taskforce spearheading the formulation of an agricultural research and extension policy and strategy for Zimbabwe. He is a graduate of the University of Zimbabwe and Wageningen Agricultural University, The Netherlands. Benjamine has worked on collaborative research project with the University of Reading, University of Greenwich and Wye Imperial College (UK) and Michigan State University (USA). He has also worked as a consultant for ACDI-VOCA, Action Contre La Faim (ACF), Africare, the Beira Agricultural Growth Corridor (BAGC), CAFOD, CRS, DAI, DANIDA, DFID, EU, FAO, FES, GRM International, GTZ, IFAD, ILO, IUCN, the Kellogg Foundation, Mercy Corps, NPA, SCC, SNV, UKaid, UNIDO, USAID, and the World Bank.

Miss Chiedza Gwata is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics & Extension at the University of Zimbabwe and her specialisation is in Natural resource management and resources economics. Undergraduate courses taught include Resource Economics, Cost Benefit Analysis and Agricultural Development and her research interests are natural resource management and climate change.
