Mr Onesimo Jacob Socha Mukumba-CIRB is a Fellow for the International Academy of Retail Banking (UK) – CIRB.  He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration, Nottingham Trent University (UK), a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Development Programme, University of South Africa, a Diploma in Management Studies, Nottingham Business School, (UK) and a Diploma in Marketing, Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe. He is a Chief Executive Officer at Windcrest Consultancy. He has 36 years’ experience in the Banking and Finance Industry. Mr Mukumba is a member of the University of Zimbabwe Executive Committee of Council and Chairs the University’s Audit Committee.
