Mr Elisha Moyo

Mr Elisha Moyo is a Senior Legal practitioner and founding partner of Moyo and Jera Legal Practitioners.  He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree (LLB) and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Zimbabwe.  He has 32 years experience in various roles in commerce and legal practice, including being General Counsel of a listed Group and Managing Director of one of Zimbabwe’s leading short term insurance companies.  Elisha is a seasoned legal practitioner particularly in the fields of corporate law, tax law, insurance law and banking law.  He is also an experienced corporate governance practitioner and commercial arbitrator.  He currently chairs the Boards of First Mutual Properties Ltd and Nicoz Diamond  Insurance Company. In addition, he is a board member of First Mutual Holdings Ltd, Vice Chairman of the National Biotechnology Authority, a Councillor of the National Manpower Advisory Council and a Councillor of the University of Zimbabwe, where he chairs the Compliance Committee.
