Sister Ngoweni holds a Diploma in General Nursing and a valid Certificate in Good Clinical Practice. She is a dedicated and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with five years of experience in medical research focusing on infant growth, morbidity and nutrition monitoring. As a research nurse she has been involved in activities such as screening and recruitment of potential study participants, consenting participants, participant follow up, physical examinations, collecting bio-specimens, documentation of severe adverse events and conducting data quality checks.
She possesses extensive knowledge of health care services, dealing with pre-hospital, hospital accident and emergency cases in both private and public health institutions. As a patient-focused Registered General Nurse, she demonstrates leadership qualities with the ability to conduct patient assessments, supervise the provision of safe and compassionate care, and evaluate care effectiveness. She is dedicated to providing quality and evidence-based care to patients towards achieving optimal outcomes. Sister Sibiya is an experienced Registered Nurse Midwife with 3 years experience in medical research where she has been involved in monitoring infant growth nutritional status and morbidity. As a research nurse she has been involved in documenting and reporting any health changes in participants to relevant parties and raising reports where applicable. As a research nurse she has been involved in activities such as screening and recruitment of potential study participants, consenting participants, participant follow up, physical examinations, collecting bio-specimens, documentation of severe adverse events and conducting data quality checks.
As a midwife she is dedicated to providing quality child and maternal care to prevent morbidity and mortality. She values patient ethics and maintains confidentiality, privacy and dignity of patients and participants when providing care. She holds a valid Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certificate.

Sister Chigeza is a registered Nurse/Midwife with a traceable history of working in research over the past 2 years and 4 years of working in maternity unit in government hospitals. As a research nurse, I have experience working with diverse populations, such as young children and adolescents. As a research nurse she has been involved in documenting and reporting any health changes in participants to relevant parties and raising reports where applicable. As a research nurse she has been involved in activities such as screening and recruitment of potential study participants, consenting participants, participant follow up, physical examinations, collecting bio-specimens, documentation of severe adverse events and conducting data quality checks.
